DressInPlaster

As a youngster, I recall visiting homes of aunts and uncles whose formal furniture would be sheathed in plain tapestries to be unveiled for only the most important and respected visitors. My presence in a room often unlit by the sun led me to imagine the transformation of relatives into guardian fabrics. Here we have the spindle side of the family, each plaster-like image relegated to sitting or standing.
